OPINION
Dawah Based on Batil
Salaamu Alaikum ikhwaty,
Churcher missionaries always go into indigenous people's communities and
learn their language and religion and search for stories that they can
twist around into a biblical story and convert the people. They
tend to target the folks in the Plains just like Hollywood targeted Plains folks,
so naturally ignorant individuals will target them to.
In Canada they don't show their face maybe because
there's lots of intermarriages and cooperation like joint rallies
between First Nation Organizations and Islamic Organizations, so maybe
that's why abusive individuals involved in targeting Native folks don't go
there. Just like all Subarctic indigenous people my guys have stories
about a great flood. In the Subarctic regardless where, everyone has a
Creation story and we all have a Turtle Island story here. Even NW coast
people, who have the Raven, know about it. This is from one that's in my
language, we speak a Turkic dialect: "The Creator first Created water,
then animals and man last. Then the Creator told the bird to dive and
bring earth from the bottom of the water. The bird dived but it couldn't
reach the bottom. Then the bird dived again and again it couldn't reach.
Then it dived the third time and it reached the bottom and brought back
some earth up to the surface. Then the earth wouldn't stay on the water
so the turtle carried it. Then land was formed and all the creatures
lived on the land and were happy except man..." Some missionaries come telling us that this is a
story about Nuh Aleyhi Salaam. This is one example. This
kind of stuff happens throughout the indigenous world.
Muslims need to bring justice and not lies. Part of that is not to
spread false information like the story about a supposedly Cherokee born a Mahir Abdurazaaq
El and stories that America is Amir-ica and the Caribbean
Arabic for close-Qarib and Cherokee
syllabics are Arabic and Natives pray 5 times a day by looking at the
sun and Natives wear turbans and
headscarves. Dawah based
on batil is not justified.
Salaamu Alaikum
